Full MVP Installation Map

Full MVP Installation Map mvp-installation.html Tracks the product modules required before sandbox review or design partner outreach. Sandbox review and design partner outreach are parked until full MVP is installed. Workspace / Project Foundation workspace.html Creates and lists workspace/project records so future Klariven modules are scoped to a durable product context. Slice 103 foundation layer. Campaign Brief Generator campaign-brief.html Workspace-scoped generator gated by approved ProductTruth and approved Founder Voice. Produces a structured D1 campaign brief with positioning, angles, content pillars, and claim boundaries. Slice 107. Founder-Style Post Generator founder-post.html Workspace-scoped generator gated by approved Campaign Brief, ProductTruth, and Founder Voice. Produces reviewable LinkedIn/X-style post drafts anchored to approved claims. No publishing. Slice 108. Customer Source Hub source-hub.html Workspace-scoped connector-ready source hub. Seed demo sources, review and normalize source data, rebuild campaign input graph. OS-governed boundary — no live connectors, no OAuth, no raw secrets. Slice 109. Campaign Opportunity Map opportunity-map.html Source-aware strategy planner. Turns the normalized campaign input graph into scored campaign opportunities with source evidence, missing proof flags, recommended channels, and asset plan. No live connectors. No publishable copy. ProductTruth remains claim boundary. Slice 110. Campaign Intelligence campaign-intelligence.html Observes operator decisions and lineage outcomes across all workflow surfaces. Records signals only — no autonomous changes to scoring, prompts, outputs, or publishing. Learning profile aggregates source, opportunity, brief, post, and export patterns. Trelmir OS governs future performance data. Slice 112. Asset Review Queue review-queue.html Unified review-before-export surface spanning ProductTruth, Founder Voice, Campaign Opportunity, Campaign Brief, Founder Post, Source Hub, and future assets. Gate snapshot computes export readiness. No publishing. No auto-approval. ProductTruth remains claim boundary. Slice 113. Export Package export-package.html?workspace_id=<id> Export package generation requires workspace_id in URL and review gate approved. Gate status shown before generate button. Export blocked if gate_status ≠ approved. Slice 114. Output History / Version Trail output-history.html?workspace_id=<id> Workspace history surface for generated, reviewed, approved, rejected, and export-related artifacts. Sync reads existing workspace records. Does not create outputs or publish. Module 14. Slice 115. Provider / API Boundary Readiness provider-boundaries.html Documents current Claude-backed routes, D1-only routes, future OS-governed customer connectors, required SecretRefs, ProductTruth and review boundaries. Does not connect providers. Module 15. Slice 116. Admin / Billing Settings Readiness admin-settings.html?workspace_id=<id> Documents workspace settings, billing tier readiness, entitlement placeholders, review and export policy, and admin event history. Does not process payments. Does not connect Stripe. Production billing belongs to Trelmir OS Billing / Commercial Infrastructure. Module 16. Slice 117.

Sandbox demo

Marketing / commercial surfaces

Legacy · pre-Slice 63 operator surfaces

These surfaces predate the current ProductTruth pipeline. They remain linked for reference but are not part of the recommended live demo path.

Distribution readiness surfaces

Trust posture checklist

  • Review before publish
  • Human approval
  • Visible watermark
  • Signed provenance
  • AI disclosure separated from provenance
  • No auto-publishing claims
  • No platform-performance claims

Build readiness stage

Demo-ready Yes
Validation-ready Yes
Onboarding-ready No · production backbone required
Paid-release-ready No · production backbone required

Production backbone needed before real onboarding or paid release:

  • Backend service layer
  • Auth + customer accounts
  • Database / persistence
  • API layer
  • Platform connection / OAuth (only if native publishing is promised)
  • Analytics / event tracking
  • Payments / billing
  • Publishing / export workflow (only if real publishing is promised)

Reference notes · roadmap definitions

Definition-only. These concepts describe what the production backbone will support. None of the capabilities below are implemented in the current live workflow.

Founder voice · Map 1 (production controls pending)

Planned workflow: consent-based capture → approved voice profile → script-to-voiceover → usage receipt → revocation. No voice upload, no voice cloning, no AI voice generation, and no third-party voice provider are implemented. Voice is not a standalone product — it is part of the Media Engine workflow.

UGC Variation Pack · Map 1 (production controls pending)

Planned output dimensions: hook variations (10–25), script variations (10–50), creator persona matrix, angle matrix, CTA variation set, authenticity direction notes, platform-specific captions, claim-safety checklist, and testing matrix. No video rendering, no AI creator generation, no avatar generation, no third-party video provider, and no automated publishing are implemented. UGC is part of the Media Engine — not a standalone product. Do not imply synthetic creators are real customers.

Open the UGC Output Workspace → — static output workspace showing the structured pack from one approved product message.

Legacy · UGC static preview path

Pre-Slice 63 static preview path. Predates the live ProductTruth → UGC pipeline. Use the recommended current demo path above for live demos. These static preview pages remain available for reference.

  2. UGC Output Workspace — static preview
  3. UGC Ad Pack Generator — live tool (start from recommended path above)
  4. UGC Proof / Share Page Preview — static preview
  5. Design partner conversation

Static preview path only. No rendering, publishing, provider integration, payments, analytics, or account system.
