Embedded Customer Source Hub

Customer Source Hub

Model and normalize customer data sources into a structured campaign input graph. Source Hub is connector-ready — it defines the data model and review workflow for future live integrations without wiring any live APIs today. All future live integrations route through Trelmir OS Customer API Governance.

OS / Klariven ownership boundary

  • Live connectors disabled — no live API calls from Klariven
  • OAuth disabled — no social or cloud authentication from Klariven
  • Raw secrets not stored in Klariven — secret management belongs to Trelmir OS SecretRef boundary
  • No direct customer API calls — future integrations install through Trelmir OS Customer API Governance
  • No auto-publish — review-before-publish is mandatory for all campaign outputs
  • Klariven owns: source UX, source cards, source status states, source-to-campaign mapping, normalized campaign input graph, source provenance, ProductTruth review boundary
  • Trelmir OS owns: API registry, installation state, consent records, data policy evaluation, SecretRef boundary, cost/margin/usage facts, audit/event readiness

Future live integrations require OS-governed connector installation, consent records, and SecretRef boundary management. This surface models the UX and data normalization layer only.

Paste a source file to begin a 1 Outcome Pack. Demo sources model future connector types.
+ Add Source
Capture the source, not the outcome. Add a source — a moment, a doc, a customer quote — then classify it and choose a campaign outcome. The source is the starting point. The outcome comes after review.

Two paths are live now. Upload, Drive, and Embedded sources are available in future slices.

Short name for this moment — visible in Source Hub and campaign input graph.

One outcome per 1 Outcome Pack. This shapes how the classified source feeds into the Campaign Opportunity Map.

Klariven classifies the moment and flags any claim risk. No AI provider calls. No binary image stored in D1.

Optional hint to the Opportunity Map about the campaign angle you have in mind.

Camera / file picker
Tap below to select a photo or video from your camera or library. Binary storage in D1 is not enabled in this slice — the file reference is noted but not stored. Context text above is the classified intake.

Camera/file picker reference only — no binary upload in this slice.

Name this source so it is identifiable in the source hub and campaign input graph.

The outcome type shapes how the source is classified and used. One outcome per 1 Outcome Pack.

Markdown or plain text only today. For PDF, Word, or Deck files, paste the exported text content here. Native binary upload/storage is not live; no binary is stored. Klariven classifies the content, extracts safe claims, and flags future or blocked claims for operator review. No AI provider calls — classification is deterministic.

ProductTruth remains the claim boundary

Source Hub can suggest campaign inputs, but ProductTruth approval remains the authoritative claim boundary. Source-derived claims must be reviewed and approved in the ProductTruth workflow before any downstream generation. No source-derived claim bypasses the review-before-publish gate.
